While growing her career, becoming a mom, and experiencing the painful transition of divorce, Aishah recognized that her overall health had hit rock bottom. Desperate to find a solution that was simple and manageable with her busy life, she found the HealthyU community and everything changed. After releasing over 60lbs. Aishah gained energy, confidence, and the ability to maintain a healthy life despite juggling multiple roles and priorities in her life! Now, she is passionate about paying it forward by sharing this gift with others!
